The owners are the highest body of the owners' association.

They give the property manager instructions on what to do.

If you rent, your tenant can receive current information about the residential area.

Local recommendations for shops, restaurants and artisans.

How can you get involved? Choose your land and area. Explore them. For the internal area, apply for access. With your purchase contract and your passport, the respective admin will grant you access after checking.

If your area is not listed, contact us and become an admin for your area.
